more knowledge and to help myself. One year later, I was well and
discharged from therapies, but I couldn’t go back to my former job.
While I was waiting and looking for a job for survival, I decided to stop
looking and be my own boss. The thought of starting was scary but I was
determined to help people achieve my goal of getting off prescription
medication and staying healthy.
It was not easy, but I’ve always been self-motivated and persistence in
whatever I set my mind on. It is a great challenge especially in the black
community to take care of their health, but I am determined to keep the
challenge going.
My philosophy is to create and be part of something that is bigger than me.
Nobody is going to give it to me; I know that I must work for my dreams.
There are no guarantees on success, but I am sure that working hard pays.
In order to win big, I know I must calculate the risks as well. Nothing great
just happens on its own, I knew I couldn’t sit on the sidelines and wait for a
magic. It means a lot to me to be my own boss and every moment I feel like
giving up; I remind myself the reason I started this business in the first place.
To help people get clarity to living a healthy and fulfilling, long life. Creating
new programs to help my clients is the excitement that keep me in motion.
When I get feedback about one more client that is off medication and living
healthy, I jump for joy with the fulfillment that I am helping people, one day
at a time and making money at the same time. It is indeed a great euphoria!
