So, what can one do to stop the harmful influence of fears?

First and foremost, ask yourself this question: Do you have any other goals besides the “reptile needs” — nutrition, reproduction and safety? If your answer is “No”, then you probably don’t need to change. However, keep in mind that safety in the 21st century is about staying in tune with the changes. This is a requirement of the day. If your answer is “Yes”, then formulate and prioritize your goals. It may sound simple but the next step in working on your fears is to “know your enemy”. This

way you transform the illusions about yourself into a real picture and operate with a clear mind.

Think about what a certain fear does to your life, how it may help or hinder in reaching your goals.

Next, start debunking the myth — as a rule, over the years of existence, our fears embrace a huge

amount of material. That is, our thinking works selectively, “collecting” the stories of those who, having ignored their fears, made a move forward and lost. To debunk the myth, you need to start looking for opposite examples, when people managed to go beyond these fears and succeeded.
