I believe that without true respect and understanding to one’s practice of personal faith may that be a person/government or organization, we will continue practicing tribal mentality and shallow thinking. Until a new way of existing unfolds in regards to effective and realistic solutions between different faiths there will be no global peace. We need to keep our societies in harmony to trigger action for the unity of humanity. That can be realized best when we can accept and respect each other fully. By expanding our worldview in many dimensions, we can come to a better understanding of others, even if we don’t necessarily agree with them.
We are living at a time where increasingly political violence justified by faith, culture and identity is being used to authorize positions of power.
We need to educate our youths, elderly and mostly leaders and Influencers on the important of Cross Cultural/Creativity Intelligence as both are vital especially in our challenging times where creativity, collaboration, communication, convergent and holistic thinking are all of great skills needed in our 21st Century. We can achieve more and go further if such principles are modeled globally. It is time for Interreligious Harmony for Religious and Human Freedom.
Without such awareness our global economy, relationships and growth will be affected negatively and tremendously!
