Above all it’s just sitting back and taking in the view across the sea from my veranda. There is something so special about being totally present, letting go of feeling the need to meet my demands and just letting my eyes take in the beauty of our planet. I find this calms me on a deep level and continually deepens my gratitude to be alive.

Q9. What do you want to make sure you do before you die?

Above all I want to buy land in the South of Spain, then design and have built a dream home for my wife Sofia, my daughter Arianna and me to live in then to invite all my best friends and family to dine on our veranda as we all watch the sun set together and celebrate life.

Q10. How do you want people to remember you?

For having shown them what it means to embrace every single little tiny second of life with gratitude

Q11. What are some causes you care about and why?

More than anything I feel deeply about people having fresh, clean water to drink. There are so many children who don’t have access to clean water and as time goes on, with the constant rise of pollution caused by the corporate machine that’s constantly having to deplete the worlds resources to clear financial debt that’s spinning out of control, protecting and providing clean water for everyone is

12. What is a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year?

I aim to hit a New York Times bestseller with my book called 'Dream it
