Having coached over 1000 ambitious individuals and sat in silence listening to people speak of their worries and challenges for hours, over the years I’ve developed an ability to often hear what people are trying to say - which is usually not what they are speaking out loud. This is useful for closing business deals, but it can be awkward when I can clearly sense people are lying to themselves and I haven't got permission to point it out to them.

Q5. Who is someone you admire, and why?

For sure it's Robin Sharma who is the author of one of my all-time favourite books called The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. He has become such a huge influencer and coach to celebrities, to CEO’s of the world’s biggest businesses and even to members of royal families, yet he is consistently humble and kind. I am so touched that he now recommends people read my book that will be published in September this year.

6. What is a typical day like for you?
