a good team and interesting ideas eventually wins.
Responsibility. As a rule, while employed, the decisions and concerns about career advancement are the responsibility of your employer. On the other side, in entrepreneurship means that you are responsible for everything. It’s a process that cannot be avoided, you are the pilot of this plane and responsible for its safety. Surprisingly as it may sound, your business has the ability to hold you hostage, that is unless you are able to build a business that functions without you, which is very rare. Employees come and go, and even when it seems that everything is working, then
suddenly and without notice an individual from top management quits. The re-building starts all over again until another competent individual is hired. Of course, one escape strategy at your disposal is to sell your business, but it’s not as easy as it seems.
There is an expression — “Being informed is being armed”. Simply put, it means that knowledge is power and that power can strengthen our weaknesses and make defeats less likely. This
expression is applicable and relevant, and should be incorporated when making meaningful commitments about a future path that includes employment or self-employment.
"Making the right decision embodies an understanding of the pros and cons of employment and
self-employment that incorporate three basic dimensions - Time, Money & Responsibility"
