Dr. Bob is the host of The School of Transformation Podcast and the author of Mind Your Own Fitness and the forthcoming book Develop the Champion Within. He is also the founder of Mind Hack Academy (mindhackacademy.tv). His articles on peak performance have been published in various publications (print and online) and websites. He is known as the Transformational Grandmaster.
Dr. Bob Choat is co-founder of The Laughter Mindset workshops along with Dr. Sofie Nubani, laughtermindset.com, and more recently The M.E.T.A. Shift Program.
He has appeared on both radio and TV, including KABC TalkRadio, Cosozo Radio Network, Sirrius Satellite Radio, UI Media Network, Inner Success Radio, Hypnosis Today TV Show, and many more.
Dr. Bob is a Marine Veteran and former LAPD Police Officer. He is
also an accomplished martial artist with a 5th degree black belt
in Kenpo, a Sr. Instructor in Jeet Kune Do, and a Master Instructor in Close Quarter Combat plus numerous other black belts. He earned his PhD in psychology, ran a marketing and advertising firm, and has extensive work in fitness and hypnosis, including stage hypnosis (as Bobby Spade, The Ace Hypnotist). He is also a Certified Master Trainer of NLP, Executive/Peak Performance Coach, Certified Flow State Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist (1-year clinical study), Certified in Scientific Neurological Hypnotherapy, ISM Certified Mind Coach, Certified Lean Management Professional – OTIFAS, and Certified as a Peak Performance Mindset Master Trainer.
