session. Just repeat them until they become a part of you, repeat them until the negative becomes positive. Here are a few to get you started:

I have a strong and positive mentality

I am enough

I have people in my life who continually motivate me and lift me up

I am honest and real with people

I am my own superhero

I am thankful

I will not give anyone permission to disrespect me

I have been blessed with qualities that uplift others even on my hardest days

I am enough

Sometimes life gets in the way, we lose our focus, and getting back to where we should be is a struggle. Just as there are many ways in which to lose ourselves, there are as many ways to get back to who we really are. This guide is just one of the tools to help us get there. When we stop playing the victim, stop listening to people who don’t have our best interests at heart, become authentic, and challenge ourselves to be our own superheroes; when we follow the blue print of other successful women while recalculating our worth, we will see ourselves with real 20/20 vision.

Beginning the new year with true 20/20 vision, enables us to embrace all the strength and goodness that 20/20 can bring. Let this year be our best year so far, and let us live each day with intent and purpose. “Out with the old and in with the new,” should be our motto, and we should remember that “today is the first day of the rest of our lives,” and how we live today will provide us a stronger tomorrow.
