By listening the stories behind the high complication and
artistic crafts in a precise and insightful manner, guests were
amazed and awed by the feat of super high complication and
artistic masterpieces made by human.
The exclusive dinner was an extension of Swiss Excellence
to offer a multi-faceted experience: Franck Raynaud, Swiss
Michelin star chef who was also awarded “Les Grandes
Tables Suisses” designed and prepared the gourmet dinner.
The gastronomic experience was more complete by having
oenologist Gilles Besse in person to select some best wines from
Jean-René Germanier. Altogether the indulging experience
enriched the excellence from Swiss.
