Hope House, Charles Hamilton’s original Grade-II listed
mansion, has now been skillfully restored and refurbished to
provide seven luxurious two and four bedroom apartments.
All seven apartments have double reception rooms, designer
kitchens and master bedroom suites with walk-in dressing
rooms and master bathrooms. Other features include generous
ceiling heights, up to 3.6 metres high, and original doors.
Five of the apartments in Hope House have fully fitted
bespoke kitchens by Stephen Graver kitchens with quartz
stone worktops, Miele appliances and wine fridge/cooler. The
restored mansion fronts onto an upper garden terrace, with
a grand staircase leading to the communal formal lawn with
informal parkland beyond.
Arranged around the historic Hope House, the development
offers magnificent elevated views across the city and also
provides a collection of beautifully crafted, newly built homes,
including three and four bedroom townhouses at Park Row;
three bedroom townhouses at the Hope Place Houses; and
one, two and three bedroom apartments called the Hope Place
Apartments.
Honey coloured Bath Stone, sash windows, quality paving and
handcrafted metalwork have been incorporated into the new
build elements of the scheme, enabling them to compliment
the listed mansion.
