AFFORDABLE, ULTRA-WIDE CURVED SCREEN
DISPLAYS FOR IMMERSIVE GAMEPLAY
Acer today unveiled a series of ultra-wide screen displays,
packed with features and technology to deliver the ultimate
immersive gaming experience. The Nitro EI491CR P is a1800R
curvature wrap around screen, putting every corner of the
screen at the same distance from the user’s eyes to provide a
more enveloping viewing experience with a wider field of view
and greater perceived area of peripheral vision. The flicker-less
and BlueLightShield technology helps reduce eye strain during
long periods of viewing and the PBP (Picture by Picture)
function separates the screen in half displaying output from
two different source devices simultaneously on the left and
right sides of the screen. Combined with Acer Display Widget’s
Split screen, users can also divide the screen to several regions
or windows by hotkey to make multi-tasking easy.
A step towards pixel-perfect, smooth HDR gaming Radeon
FreeSync 2 technology introduces tear-free and stutter-free
gaming to displays and raises the bar by requiring panel
