also a 16 MP camera that has a built-in portrait mode that
emulates super sharp facial detail with soft distant subjects or
if you prefer there is also a “beauty” mode that makes things
look even more beautiful with a slider for you to choose your
desired effect.
To protect all those photos and personal information the
OnePlus 6 is fitted with a fingerprint scanner to the back of
the phone just below the cameras, this is great as it makes it
very quick to unlock your phone in a natural way. It is also
the quickest fingerprint reader we have seen on a phone, so if
you need to find something quick your phone it will unlock
at lighting speed! Facial recognition is also present and it is
amazing at locking focus and unlocking the device, set up is
simple and once done simply click the unlock button and your
device is open within a blink of an eye.
Viewing any content on this device is simply astonishing, the
screen is bright and vibrant with great colours making it very
immersive while watching tv or films on the device or viewing
any social media.
Those who are wondering about the notch, yes there is a setting
where you can “hide” it, this is done by simply putting two
black lines either side of the notch mimicking a bezel. This is
an effective way to hide it if that’s what you like. However, I find
the notch not to be a hinderance at all while using the device
and it soon became second nature.
To conclude this review I would highly recommend looking at
