The interior of Velar is as luxurious as its exterior, two tone
leather with union jacks embedded into all the seating, which
continues into the finishing of the speaker grills, to the hidden-
until-lit controls on the steering wheel which all lead to the
Velar being a complete showcase of technical innovation and
luxurious sophistication. The only slight criticism I have with
the new interior is the new touch pro duo display, that utilises
two information screens which splits the dash in two halves, top
and bottom. However, this can be useful as you can use the top
screen, which is more suited for a quick glance whilst driving to
display information such as navigation, phone information etc.
whilst the bottom screen can be used for vehicle information
inside and out. I found this a bit tricky at first to know which
information is displayed where. However, it soon became
second nature after a few trips in the Velar to know this. I feel
if Land Rover went with a full display covering both the top
and bottom screen footprint the flow of interaction with the
infotainment would better refined. I must state that I am bein g
incredibly picky at this point and apart from this slight issue I
found the Velar to be an exquisite jewel in Land Rover’s crown.
Can I fit my working dogs in the back? The answer we gave to
all those questions and a lot more was, Yes! If you are looking
to upgrade or join the Land Rover family I would not hesitate
to suggest the Velar to you, with many different options and
engines to suit everyones needs the Velar is a great vehicle.

To conclude this review we had many members of the public
ask about the Velar on our journeys, How do you find it? Do
you think it would pull the trailer for my horses?
