EDITOR’S LETTER
Well they say 3rd times the
charm, and here we are on
Issue 3. A bit of a same-sex
marriage special. As you will
have seen from our front
cover we commissioned our
very own gay marriage photo
shoot, introducing the
beautiful Matthew Carey and
Shane Huggins. It’s been a
long time in the making but
marriage equality is here (well
nearly). Peter Tatchell
writes about how the fight for
equality started in 1992 and
Thomas Duggins talks
about the inequality that still
exists, within the law as it
stands today.
We’ve come a long way, but
there is still much to be done.
Warwickshire Pride’s very
own Daniel Browne
discusses social equality which is a stark reminder why
we need to keep our eyes open
and our voices loud.
In this issue we look at all
things marriage, including the
do and do nots of holding a
wedding, a wedding planner,
best places to get married in
the UK, where to honeymoon
afterwards and how to keep
the sex fresh and alive.
In terms of interviews well
we’re talking to Martha
Wash, one of the original
Weather Girls, Kavana,
Adam Rickitt, Doctor
Jessen, Kian from Westlife
and Sunday Times Best
Selling Author Rebecca
Chance and Lesley Joseph.
It’s all a bit good to be honest.
So enjoy the read and as
always we welcome your
thoughts and opinions. Our
