Position House Parent
Describe your role at BGGA? As a House Parent, we wear many hats. I lead a pod of four house parents. I also coordinate student transportation, assist with on campus education initiatives and help coordinate student activities and trips.

What’ s the best piece of advice you have ever received? My late grandmother used to remind us all the time that“ it is better to shoot for the moon and land on the fence, than to shoot for the fence and land in the mud.” Words to live by!
What is your favorite home-cooked meal? My wife’ s chicken and noodle or her meatloaf.
What is always stocked in your refrigerator? We always have Heinz 57 sauce in the refrigerator and Vegemite on the counter.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? I would love to live in the Les Corts neighborhood near Camp Nou in Barcelona, Spain.
Is there anything you are addicted to? Or can’ t live without? I am a huge fan of pour over coffee... freshly ground coffee beans, made at your table, perfection!
What movie do you watch again and again? I could watch Elf and Love Actually every day! I love Christmas and can’ t get enough of either movie.
Where is your favorite place to travel and why? I enjoy going on cruises. It does not matter where, really. I just enjoy being on the ocean in a cruise ship.
