• “ I just met the agent two minutes ago , I really don ’ t want to sign something .” That is your right . The law is in place to let buyers know their rights and options . Buyers have the right to enter a home purchase agreement unrepresented .
Your real estate agent may do more than just help you find a home , or help you sell your home . There are many moving parts still to take place after the contract is signed . All along the way , you should have confidence in your Realtor , such that you see them as a trusted adviser .

Markets can differ at any given time , from region to region , state to state , city to city , and even among neighborhoods within a city . All real estate is local , even hyper local in many instances .
Even with the many changes in the real estate industry due to technology and information , any local real estate market still hinges on two basic market factors : supply and demand . Local Realtors offer their buyers and sellers the benefit that comes from immersing themselves in their local market every day of the year . They can provide the local expertise through which all the data must be interpreted to become truly meaningful . To understand true home values , find a qualified local Realtor and ask them about the local market trends .
