HIST ORY
This new addition to the story has led to
speculation that the last string of sightings
may have used the local legend to scare
off anyone from the woods where more
than a few moonshiners were distilling
illicit liquor. Interestingly enough, not long
after the Snallygaster’s demise, Prohibition
ended as well.
