Kester

Having grown up in the historic seaside town of Whitstable, I have a deep love of fresh air, watersports, culture and seafood. Where else would I want to move to with my family except Malta. With fond memories, we will be leaving behind Indonesia where we lived and worked for 9 years in a mix of hectic Jakarta traffic and beautiful Bali beaches.

Born in the UK in a small town on the Kentish coast, I love the outdoors and especially the beach - therefore I am so excited to be joining the PHE team at VIS and experiencing all that Malta has to offer. I enjoy all sports, particularly Hockey and Touch Rugby, and am a qualified Dance teacher with a love for fitness in any way that is fun! Travelling the world has always been a passion,

Starting at VIS will mark my 12th year of teaching Science and I am excited to bring my experience of the IB, MYP and IGCSE to the multicultural community of Verdala. I’m a big believer in hands on learning and love that Science empowers students to learn through inquiry. While I’m a Physics specialist I also have a deep love of any Chemistry experiment that goes bang. I can't wait to join the VIS community and get thoroughly involved with everything it has to offer.
