As a school, how do we get students to challenge their biases, but not make students feel discriminated against?

While a large part of this month was focused on representations of diverse racial individuals and groups, what are some of the best approaches for children to learn about stereotypes and their racial biases?

While there is an extensive amount of research highlighting how children develop racial biases at a young age, when and what are some of the best ways to introduce students to these topics?

These are just some of the many questions for us to continually ask ourselves and think about as we continue on this journey.
