Feeling stressed from spending long hours at your desk? Take a five-minute study break and incorporate these six stretches, brought to you by Verdala's PE department.

Upper-Back Stretch

1. Sit in an upright position.

2. Interlock fingers, face palms outwards and lengthen elbows.

Neck Stretch

1. Interlock fingers behind your neck.

2. Release chin down to the chest.

Shoulder Stretch

1. Lift right arm up over your head, bend elbow and reach fingers towards the centre of your spine.
