As the student leaders who have led this project for the past two years, it is time for us to hand it over to new students. Although in different directions, our Peace Lab journey will continue. We know that we haven’t changed lives with simple meals. We are not that naive, but what we have done is tell each other a different story about what it means to be far from home, what it means to be around the same table and what it means to be human.
