Disney Magic: Reimagined and Ready to Sail from Miami
ail aboard the Disney Magic this fall and receive an extra dose of “magic.” The Disney Cruise Line vessel will relaunch in October with new spaces, reimagined areas and exciting additions for the whole family. Guests will experience new adventures throughout their journey on the cruise ship that not only set the standard for oceangoing majesty, but also family fun. From a new grand atrium lobby and a children’s area of “super hero” proportions to a three-story water thrill slide and a spa to stimulate the “Senses,” there will be plenty of new and magical surprises in store for cruise guests. The ship will feature will also include fun new experiences with Marvel characters – the first time Super Hero icons from the Marvel Universe will be introduced on a Disney Cruise Line ship. Following the “reimagineering” transformation of the ship that will take place during dry dock, the Disney Magic will depart Oct. 20 from Miami on a special five-night voyage including two stops at Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay, and a stop at Nassau. This first cruise will set the stage for a schedule of two-, three-, four- and five-night cruises from Miami to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean throughout the year.
