WHAT IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN

Floods are terrible natural disasters that kill millions of people a year, but what woulld happen IF it flooded again?
Floods will always occur, but for obvious reasons the loss of life and enviroment will be remarkably bigger in THE LEDC'S countries. WE believe that when time passes the goverment of this countries will start acting and developing new prevention technologies and will educate people in how to act before, during and after the flood. Floods cant be avoided but their damage can be reduced if people are prepared for them.
Both MEDC and LEDC countries are affected by this natural disaster but we are sure that if another flood occurs in and MEDC country they would be more and more prepared and they will cope 10 times better than the last time.
I think LEDC countries should ask for help and money from other countries to reinforce their flood prevention schemes or if they dont have any then to build them
