Hydration tends to be that thing some of overlook, we are in the water right so it cannot be that bad right. Wrong we dehydrate very fast even while in the water. How many of you while fishing on a hot day notice having a headache, dizzy or light headedness, or maybe you notice you have dry mouth. These are the basic signs of dehydration, this is our bodies way of alerting us of a serious problem coming. You must always keep in mind these simple things.
1. Sweating, it is a good thing you cannot sweat if you are not hydrated. Of course this will also lead to dehydration.
2. Are you still needing to pee and what color is it
Urine should be clear the more yellow and pungent it is the more dehydration concerns you should have, and no urine, well this means sever dehydration.
