Tubin Tip's

The January Float Tube Tournament Series is done and in the books. I would like ot say thanks to everyone that got involved. It was interesting and we learned a lot. Fun was the to priorty and I really feel that this is going to be a big part of our forum now if we play our cards right.

I would like to say conragadulations to the winner of the tournament. First Place went to Frank619 landed and incrediable 2370 points in fish both freshwater and saltwater.

Second Place went to SP Dan and his 1805 points in fish. His all came from the saltwater, and he fought valulently for hsi spot getting out every weekend and putting in hardwork.

Third Palcewent to joshyouwa.r with his 1070 points in Freshwater fish. He worked hard ion his limited outings and came on stronge to jump in front of HugeEuge near the end. Well done to all 3 that placed and everyone else that got out to post fish in the board. You all made this a fun and learning experiance for all.

OK so I know this is not every technical tip but I think it needs to be out there for those that don't know. I recently started using braid line and as such it will stay on my reels longer than Mono. I have 5 reels all lined with different weights, but which one is which, this is where the tip comes in.

On the fool of your reel simple place a small round sticker with the braid info on it. The line weight the type the date when added, maybe even the color. Just simple place the info to help you know what it is you are using I find this very helpful. Just thought I would share.
