e’ve built a derivatives
risk management system
as powerful as anything
the big investment banks have, and
we give it away free under an Open
Source licence. While this may seem
counter-intuitive, it’s critical to ensuring our industry has the flexibility,
transparency, efficiency and diversity necessary for the post-Lehman
world. Adopters get the best of both
worlds: the power and transparency
they get from building from scratch,
with the cost savings of buying a
solution. Customers get access to the
people who wrote the system and the
commercial guarantees they need.
Regulators have confidence that risk is
being done using state of the art standard techniques. We think we’ll make
the entire industry more stable, resilient, and efficient as a result.
About
OpenGamma was founded in 2009 to
develop an open platform for analytics and risk management for the
financial services industry. The OpenGamma Platform is provided under
an open-source licence and brings
a new standard of transparency to
the industry, enabling users to gain
more insight into their exposures and
respond faster to changing market
conditions.

TWENTY-FOUR
ur product, today, is an API to
enable search of the spoken
word. In the near future this
will surface many more layers of information such as emotions, objects,
volumes, colours and relationships.
Underlying the API is a suite of complex
technologies that transform raw data
into output useful to developers. After
all, capturing video and audio is easy.
Easier every day, in fact, but processing it in order to use it, is very difficult.
It requires a unique blend of skills and
know-how. There’s nothing else on the
market that enables this today, so most
businesses don’t even consider doing
anything with their audio and video
recordings. Now they can.
About
OP3Nvoice makes sense of the spoken
word. Our API, SDKs and plugins
enable anyone to extract more knowledge from video and voice recordings.
The API is already being used by
disruptors, innovators and some of
the world’s largest institutions to
find emotions, meaning, context and
insights.
