seemed open to allowing last-minute changes to events and
to considering modifications to plans and proposals that had
been submitted and approved. I also appreciate the openness
to funding and sponsoring proposals from members of the
community. While I have not taken advantage of this sort
of opportunity as much as I should have, it means a lot to
have access to Fields when there is a need to host a small or
large gathering of colleagues.
