Ans) Is a balance of Strength, Stability, Flexibility,
Energy- Physically and Mentally.
According to you the best form of fitness work-
out is............? Why......?
Ans) No one fitness workout is complete in all as-
pects; one has to do more than one kind of workout
to benefit holistically.
An important awareness you would like to
spread through this interview, to the society?
Ans) I feel that it’s important to make modifications
to incorporate fitness as a part of your lifestyle and
not just a phase of your life.
