solutely essential for human beings?
Ans) As our lifestyle changes, so does our level of
health quotient. I believe fitness and wellness along
with proper nutrition is beneficial to people of all
ages, backgrounds and abilities. In today’s age it has
become highly essential for people to have complete
awareness of their bodies and mind to stay away
from any health problems in the longer run. A regular
fitness activity regime can improve the current and
future level of health and our overall lifestyle and
state of well being.
