OUR FITNESS INSPIRATION -
1) What would be your definition for YOGA?
Ans) Yoga for me is a journey of the self awareness, it not just teaches
you the balance of mind, body, breath and soul but also life. The bal-
ance of yogic postures for me is balancing my life and emotions.
2) What is the age range of people who can do YOGA?
Ans) Yoga can be done by anyone starting from 6 years to 80. How-
ever I know people who are more than 90 and are still practicing yoga.
Yoga has no age restriction, it only needs the will to start the practice.
3) Are there any pre requisites in connection to body types that
are required to start YOGA or anyone with any body type can
enrol with you for doing YOGA?
Ans) No,there is no need for any pre-requisites for body type.All body
types can practice yoga.
