Ans) We human beings are not alike. Our bodies, our
muscle fibers ,our interest are all so different. So if you
ask me what is the best form of exercise , I would say "
it depends on the individual" . For a person who is very
stressed you would want to give some mind calming exercise which could be yoga or pilates or even and outdoor walk int he nature. For my 80 year old mother who
has week knees , probably 10 minutes walk with the
help of a walker 3 times in a day and some exercises
for joint mobility and stretching could be one option. For
a fit and athletic individual it could be sports conditioning that works wonders.The best form of workout is one
that suits a particular person that gives that person the
best results. Most of all they must enjoy it
thoroughly.Having said that, being able to maintain that
overall fulfilling lifestyle by having a little bit of everything with proper balance , is what really matters after
