The 80's was the era of leotards , leg warmers and hair bands. Make up was not a common thing however some women used
lipstick and eye liner, , if you compare the
80's & 90's to these days, there has been a
big transformation. We not only get to wear
comfortable & fashionable sports clothes but
also accessories. Isn't that wonderful? Being
fashionable has become a fitness status for
many. We want to look fit, have fun and feel
great. When you feel good, your self esteem
is higher too and that could be the motivation
for many. So yes, I would say fashion and fitness are a great combination.
