The G’s Farm Management Training Scheme is tailored to suit you
• A 2 year programme, comprising four six-month placements
• Gain experience across all aspects of growing, from seed to harvest

• ILM accredited leadership training programme
• Experience leading to BASIS & FACTS continuous professional development
• Soil and water management training
On completion of the 2 year scheme you will be ready to take on a
Management role within our Farming business with a competitive package and
