HOW TO MAKE (AND NOT LOSE) MONEY ON COMPACT AD
- Ten things UK farmers need to know
New Generation Biogas (NGB) and Clean Energies Investor at ADBA 2016
Birmingham, NEC
Stand No. G301
At this year’s ADBA Exhibition on 6 and 7 July, NGB and Clean Energies Investor will be
running a series of farmer clinics on the “10 steps to commercial AD success”.
The UK Anaerobic Digestion (AD) sector has developed significantly in the past few years
- both from a biotech and industrialisation perspective - and there are now new
technologies and plants on the market that are commercially viable for land owners to
consider. But with increasing planning hurdles and lower government incentives,
managing your AD plant project for operational and commercial success is far from straight
forward.
"There is a lot of talk about the revenue farmers can make through an AD plant, but not
much on costs and very little about the value. Our clinics will cover all the key elements of
planning, building and running a commercially successful AD plant - including the actual
construction and operation costs involved,” said Stirling Paatz, founder and Director of
NGB.
The NGB team in partnership with Clean Energies Investor will spell out the scope and
depth of effort needed to get an AD project off the ground and expert tips to a simpler,
smoother project experience.
The NGB / Clean Energies Investor clinics will be held on both days on Stand No. G301
and attendance is by pre-registration.
