This exclusive special offer is for the first 5 qualifying owners and operators of campsites, caravan parks, country hotels, bed and breakfasts, or other accommodation operations that commit at The Glamping Show to open a Glampotel on their property**
Each Glampotel Package will include everything you need to start your own Glampotel, including:
Up to 10 of our fully furnished and heated luxurious Canvas Cottages, mounted on our beautiful custom wooden decks
En-suite, eco-friendly bathrooms complete with composting toilets and shower units
Gas BBQ and Patio Furniture
All linens including bedding, towels, utensils etc.
We also provide as a part of the package and service:
A dedicated website as well as being incorporated into the Glampotel global website
Telephone and online reservations and bookings
All marketing and promotion
Full staff training
Staff uniforms
Weekly site visits by our regional manager
Monthly business reviews, reports and consultation
Standard maintenance of the Canvas Cottages.
What is the Business Model:
** Once a business owner meets the criteria for partnering with Glampotel, Glampotel will enter into a 5 year contract with the business owners (renewable for additional 5 year terms), that will clearly define the term of the agreement and the details of the revenue share.
There are no catches or hidden costs. Glampotel simply pays to the business owner 50% of the revenue generated from their Glampotel, minus a small annual maintenance fee.
