VG Biomass : Helping you to Significantly Reduce your Energy Bills this Winter.
With the introduction of the
commercial and domestic RHI, there
has never been a better time to switch
to biomass heating. VG Biomass is
the Biomass arm of respected UK
renewable technology company,
VG Energy Ltd. and specialise in
the design, supply, installation and
servicing of biomass boiler systems.
With over 500 renewable technology
products successfully completed since
2008, the company has earned one of
the highest regarded reputations in
the industry. VG Biomass currently
delivers renewable energy projects
to organisations in both the public
and private sector spanning multiple
industries.
Over the last 10 years, the cost of
fossil fuel sources such as oil and
gas has soared with the cost of bulk
heating oil increasing, on average
10% per year. Recently, one of the 6
big energy companies has announced
plans to increase its electricity and gas
prices by 8.2%, with the other main
suppliers set to follow.
Stephen Hamilton, farmer and coowner at VG said: “As a Farmer,
you can take action and start saving
energy costs today. By switching to
Biomass (wood) heating, you could
save up to 70% on your current
fuel bill. Not only that, you could
earn a guaranteed monthly in-come
for 20 years via the Government’s
Renewable Heat Incentive. The
Return of Invest-ment is as high as
25%, whereas the payback period is
as low as 2.4 years to 5 years (depending on the boiler size).”
Biomass systems come in a range of
sizes and typically burn wood pellets,
wood chips or logs. Modern, efficient
biomass heating systems are computer
controlled, easy to maintain and
operate and are common throughout
Europe. VG Energy works in
partnership with the world’s leading
biomass boiler manufacturers, such
as Heizomat, Froling, KWB, Grant’s
and Solarbayer and offers customers a
wide choice of boiler size options and
prices.
On VG’s growing Biomass division,
Stephen Hamilton commented: “Our
Biomass heating division brings
industry leading capabilities and
specialist expertise to fully complete
projects from start to finish in-house,
to ensure that the project proceeds
smoothly as well as cost effectively
for our customers. We are unique in
providing a complete turn-key project
management service. From the initial
site visit and the consultation period,
the project is then passed onto our
team of highly qualified biomass
heating engineers who will design,
plan, deliver, install and service your
biomass system. “
If you are fed up of rising fuel costs
and are considering switching to an
alternative, VG Biomass reminds
farmers of the benefits associated with
installing a biomass boiler:
* Biomass is up to 70% cheaper than
other fossil fuel costs like oil, gas, lpg
* In addition to these savings, you
could earn a guaranteed monthly
income for 20 years via the
Government backed biomass heating
incentive (called the RHI)
* The payback on a large biomass
boiler is under 3 years
* Oil prices have soared 50% over 5
years. Protect yourself against rising
fuel costs
* Modern biomass heating systems
are 96% efficient, are computer
controlled, easy to maintain and
operate
* You can utilise your own wood, thus
reducing your costs further
