Free Business Advice at The Glamping Show

The Glamping industry is set to explode in the UK over the next few years, so for those landowners who are looking to diversify there is no better time to enter the glamping arena. For established glamping businesses and those new to the industry a visit to the Glamping Show will pay dividends as the organisers have put together a full programme of seminars over the three days of the Show where visitors will have access to free expert advice on how to successfully launch a Glamping business as well as how to develop existing businesses.

These seminars will cover everything from planning and funding, options and resources for fledgling businesses, the pitfalls and how to avoid them to how to engage social media successfully, the importance of good photography and how to find and train staff, as well as much more. Visitors will also have the opportunity to hear from those people who have already taken the plunge, such as Anita Wadall of Agility Marketing, who was behind the marketing launch of the renowned Crealy Meadows Adventure Park in Devon and can provide first-hand experience on what to do and what not to do to ensure the success of a new glamping business.

The Show’s seminar speakers are all experts in their field within the glamping industry and business community at large. Just some of the speakers at the Show include Richard Goodwin of the CLA, who will be taking a closer look at planning and funding; Sarah Riley of Inspired Camping will be talking about branding, staffing and communication; Kate Morel of Quality Unearthed will ask and explore the question “Is this the business for me?” and Chris Webster of Wink Associates who will be tackling reducing the risk, but not all the fun, around occupancy predictions – is it an art or science?

In addition, the organisers are pleased to welcome guest speaker, Max McMurdo, well known as a Channel 4 presenter, having appeared on George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces. Max will be speaking to visitors about how to get creative and building the dream!

The seminar programme will provide a comprehensive look at all corners of the glamping industry and provide all the information needed to answer those unanswered questions for both existing business owners and those considering a new business venture within the world of glamping.
