Stewart is really proud of how
both John and Scott have
integrated and help develop
the business.
Very soon the business
began to grow and the
premises at the farm could
grow no more, space
restrictions were starting to
create bottle necks, so the
need for somewhere bigger
was evident. After 18 months of
searching, Flixborough, which
stood in more than an acre,
came up so they decided to
buy. That was in June 2015. It
was run down and in a poor
state, so there was a lot of
work to do on it, much of which
Stewart tackled. They now
have the room to grow and take
McArthur’s to the next level.
But they will never lose sight of
what they are all about, to work
with farmers to make their grain
drying and storage the best and
easiest it can be.
Today McArthur’s can
offer the complete grain
drying solution for any size
of arable operation. This has
