Steven’s parents, John and Annie live at Oxnop with his brother, Bryan. ‘My dad’s just celebrated his 80th and was chairman of the Swaledale Sheep Breeders’ Association’s B District for more than 20 years. I’m currently the vice chairman. Carol and I came here to Summer Lodge 20 years ago, C taking over from another well- M known Swaledale breeder, Y John Whitehead. Summer CM Lodge is tenanted on a farm MY business tenancy but Low Oxnop has been in the family CY since the mid-1800s.
