Kramer uses cutting-
edge technology
for telehandlers
IN the early years of more than
the 90-year company history, the
company quickly made a name
for itself as a manufacturer of
tractors. Thanks to the company’s
continuous success, machines
have again been sold in agricul-
ture since 2012 under the brand
name Kramer. The product range
has been steadily expanded since
then. Mid of 2017, Kramer has
expanded its product portfolio
of telehandlers for agriculture by
8 models with a stacking height
from 6 to 9 m. Since January 2018,
the machines are equipped with
even more innovative details for
agricultural operations of any
kind.
Starting with the cabin, a new
operating concept is used for
eight telehandler models (KT306,
KT356, KT307, KT357, KT447, KT507,
KT557, KT559). It enables an intu-
itive operation of all functions by
using the electronically pilot-op-
erated all-in-one joystick and
the jog dial control element. For
example, the joystick’s sensitivity
can be individually adjusted with
this. All relevant vehicle data and
settings are displayed via the
new 7” display. The image of the
optional reversing camera is also
integrated into this display so
that no separate output screen is
necessary.
A special innovation used for the
models KT507 (optional), KT557
and KT559 is the new hydrostatic,
wide-angle drive system “eco-
speedPRO” with 370cc capacity for
increased tractive force and driving
dynamics which was co-devel-
oped by Kramer. In addition to the
positively known properties for
hydrostatic drives, such as easy
reversing, good metering, fine con-
trollability, inching and brake force
support, the large conversion range
of the 45° technology also allows
for driving through the entire speed
range from 0 to 40 km/h without
shifting and thus without losses of
thrust and tractive forces.
As a standard, all models are
equipped with the driver assis-
tance system Smart Handling with
three functional modes for differ-
ent requirements. Smart Handling
supports the end user in efficient
and convenient operation, thus
ensuring efficient materials han-
dling on the farm. The machines
are extremely versatile in use,
whether for feeding, stacking
straw or mucking ensured by the
wide range of attachments. “Our
telehandlers can essentially be
described with three characteris-
tics: sturdy, versatile and efficient.
We are very pleased that we were
able to expand and continue to
develop our agricultural product
portfolio with these machines.
This allows us to meet customer
needs even better”, says Karl
Friedrich Hauri, managing director
of Kramer-Werke GmbH.
‘Kramer wishes Ripon Farm Services continued success following their aquistion of RBM’
Kramer telehandler up to 9 m stacking height: sturdy, versatile, efficient.
Whether the compact all-rounder or the max. power output for professional application, all nine models are made
for the versatile tasks found on farms. The telehandlers are characterized by their high level of user friendliness
and technical refinement.
