The door can have a maximum weight of 300kg, as its name suggests, and a surface area of max 0.25m2. Series 500 products allow the weight of the door to be increased to 500kg and a surface area of 30m2. Steel hangers in this series are equipped with permanent lubricated ball bearings. Complete bottom guide systems are also supplied to suit. If the project requires doors over 500kg in weight Helaform also manufacture products for these extremely heavy-duty applications up to 2000kg. The Helaform galvanised K-500 track can be used with the ball bearing hangers for these applications providing the brackets are mounted at 0.5m intervals with relevant bottom guides.
