2017 was a strong year for FARM-
STAR, when I asked why Andrew
answered, “Nothing in particular
just hard work”. Very modest I
thought and talking further what
shines through like a beacon is
Andrews passion for the business
and customer service which feeds
into his staff. It’s the customer
service that invariably wins and
keeps FARMSTAR’s customers. I
spoke to several farmers during
the day who all said that’s one
of the biggest benefits of deal-
ing with FARMSTAR “They make
everyone feel important”
FARMSTAR met all its Tractor
targets in 2017 and the new Manitou
product helped things along. What
has really been working is Andrews
straight talking with the manufactur-
ers in securing deal which in turn his
team take straight to the Farmers.
His sales teams are never far from
a phone and if they are not on the
phone they are on a farm demon-
strating or discussing with busy
farmers what they need.
