This year, with nearly half the ewes pedigree Lleyn, we hope to lamb close to 200 percent according to the scanning, achieving a 20 percent increase across the flock from last year. “All our beef and most of the lamb is butchered on site and sold through the farm’s own shop and restaurant,” Chris added. “This provides our discerning customers with a distinctive, quality product and gives the lads on our project great pride and a sense of achievement.
