GREATER EFFICIENCY –
CONNECTING WITH FARMERS
The recently enlarged workshop means they can keep up with the busy fitting side of the business which keeps the
Farming Community moving with minimal disruption helped by their nationwide pick-up and delivery service.
PARTS - The new racking area
is now completed which allows
far greater storage area for their
large number of Cabs and even
more importantly, vastly increas-
es the number of off the shelf
parts.
Every vehicle is logged,
stripped and parts stored in
order. When you ring up for a
part now, instead of checking the
yard, the right part is checked at
the click of a mouse and can be
paid for and despatched imme-
diately.
Thornton Breakers currently
have thousands of parts in stock
from a door hinge to full engines,
gearboxes, chassis etc.
Ever keen to support and help
the Farming Community you will
now see the familiar red and silver
Thornton Breakers vehicles at
many auction marts across the
North including Bakewell, Newark,
York, Wharfedale, Selby, Hawes,
Leyburn, Holmfirth, Bentham,
Gisburn, Lancaster, Skipton, Thirsk,
Melton Mowbray. Farmers can buy
on the day, discuss their require-
ments or just chat to the staff who
are very knowledgeable and only
too happy to help. The team will
be exhibiting again at the ev-
er-popular YAMS show in February
and as usual there will be some
good show deals to be had.
