PARTS - The new racking area is now completed which allows far greater storage area for their large number of Cabs and even more importantly, vastly increas- es the number of off the shelf parts. Every vehicle is logged, stripped and parts stored in order. When you ring up for a part now, instead of checking the yard, the right part is checked at the click of a mouse and can be paid for and despatched imme- diately. Thornton Breakers currently have thousands of parts in stock from a door hinge to full engines, gearboxes, chassis etc. Ever keen to support and help the Farming Community you will now see the familiar red and silver Thornton Breakers vehicles at many auction marts across the North including Bakewell, Newark, York, Wharfedale, Selby, Hawes, Leyburn, Holmfirth, Bentham, Gisburn, Lancaster, Skipton, Thirsk, Melton Mowbray.
