is that of South Yorkshire-based
Philip Watkins Ltd, a company
which not only manufacturers a
wide range of machinery to the
agricultural industry, but which
also specialises in min-till and
custom-built equipment.
From its Stainton (near
Rotherham) premises, the
company also provides a
comprehensive modification and
refurbishment specialist service.
Everything here is built to ensure
each customer’s individual needs
are properly met.
The expert team can also
undertake repair work if
required and then shot blast
and paint to produce equipment
good as new. Specifically for
trailers, the team can service
suspension, brakes, lights etc
before blasting and painting.

IN THE FOREFRONT
All machinery is designed
and manufactured at the
Stainton HQ. Regular
enhancements to the overall
service keep this company in
the forefront – for example,
road lights on all machinery and
trailers is now LED as standard.
Also introduced as a very useful
innovation (pictured) the front
mounted toolbox.

THE SHOW CIRCUIT
Philip Watkins Ltd is to be
seen at major agricultural
events – in November 2015
they had a strong presence
at the increasingly popular
Midlands Machinery Show held
at Newark Showground.
Later this month (20 & 21
January 2016) the team will be
at LAMMA to take place at the
East of England Showground,
