talking to manufacturers and salesmen alike spurred on by the glorious weather and great Northfield hospitality in the shape of a wonderful hog roast, free bar, Teas, coffees and savouries. Around 700 people attended, the Hog roast was a winner as five! whole pigs were consumed.
Forty years on and George has never taken the plunge to

open up a second branch. They have been approached but both George and Richard are happy with what they have.
“ We considered a second branch in Driffield but it’ s not really for us. You have to be in control of your own ship and if you put a manager in they would never do it the same as you would yourself. We’ d also have to do more than twice
