Top Planning Expert Joins
H&H Land & Property
Newcastle-born Tom Woof is taking
up the reins as H&H’s new Head of
Planning. Tom, a Chartered Town
Planner, is joining H&H after 12 years
running his own planning consultancy,
Development Planning Solutions
(DPS), where he advised on a wide
range of development schemes
nationwide. He has also worked as a
planner in three London Boroughs and
for Oxford City Council.
His main role with H&H Land and Property
is to grow the company’s specialism in
local plan allocations, residential, rural,
commercial and neighbourhood planning
and to provide an exceptional planning
service to existing and new clients.
