MAPLE SYRUP DAYS SATURDAY, MARCH 14 • 10 A. M.– 3 P. M.

It’ s that wonderful time of year— syrup season is here! The sugar maple trees are oozing with activity, producing sap that ' s bursting with sweetness. As daytime temperatures start to warm up, the sap begins to flow and is ready to be collected.

Come on out to McCloud Nature Park for a sweet and fun-filled day at our 16th Annual McCloud Maple Syrup Days on March 14th, from 10 a. m. to 3 p. m. This event is free to attend, offering the perfect chance for us all to celebrate the syrup season and make some sweet memories together! Since the event takes place entirely outside, make sure to dress warmly or appropriately for the weather to enjoy the day comfortably.
Don ' t miss the chance to learn all about sugaring and maple syrup! You ' ll enjoy a variety of fun activities, including tapping a tree. Plus, you can treat yourself to a delicious pancake breakfast hosted by the Hendricks County Park Board at the Nature Center( see page 5 for breakfast details).
Be sure to stop by the Harris Sugar Bush syrup stand for your chance to buy some delicious syrup and other maple goodies to enjoy at home!
