An annual favorite , our Maple Syrup Days allow visitors a hands-on experience while discovering the rich , delicious history of maple sugaring . Learn how to tap a tree , watch a demonstration of the process as it was done in pioneer days , and take a visit to our Sugar Shack to learn how syrup is made today .
