The pavilions at McCloud Nature Park and W . S . Gibbs Memorial Park are available for rental , providing excellent venues for birthday parties , baby showers , family gatherings and reunions , graduation parties , weddings , corporate retreats ,
celebrations of life , and more .
Bring a bag of charcoal and your family and friends to the park for an enjoyable gettogether ! Take shelter from the elements , grill something good to eat , and enjoy the pristine natural beauty all around you .

All pavilions are available from dawn to dusk daily , and the rental fee covers the entire day or any portion of it . Please note that all pavilions must be rented at least three ( 3 ) days prior to desired date of rental .
MCCLOUD PAVILION
• Located at McCloud Nature Park in front of the Nature Center
• Approximately 15 ’ x 30 ’
• Recommended capacity of approximately 40 people ( sitting and standing )
• Pavilion sits on a concrete slab , which is connected to nearby chip-and-sealed parking lot via a gravel walkway
• Two grills ( one small , one medium ). Please ONLY use the mounted grills at the pavilion . No outside grills or fires are allowed anywhere in the park .
• Picnic tables
• Short walk to modern restrooms on the side of the Nature Center
• Access to McCloud Nature Center during normal operating hours
• Electricity available by calling ( 765 ) 676- 5437 at time of reservation
• No running water
• $ 50 / day rental fee

BLUEGILL SHELTER AT W . S . GIBBS MEMORIAL PARK
• Located at W . S . Gibbs Memorial Park near the ponds
• Approximately 24 ’ x 44 ’
• Recommended capacity of approximately 100 people
• Pavilion sits on a concrete slab , which is connected to nearby paved parking lot via a concrete sidewalk . Parking lot , sidewalk , and pavilion are all ADA-accessible .
• One large ADA-accessible grill . Please ONLY use the mounted grill at the pavilion . No outside grills or fires are allowed anywhere in the park .
• 7 standard + 1 ADA-accessible picnic tables
• Short walk to porta-potties ( modern restrooms are not available at this time )
• Electrical outlets
• No running water
• $ 75 / day rental fee
FIREFLY SHELTER AT W . S . GIBBS MEMORIAL PARK
• Located on the north side of W . S . Gibbs Memorial Park near the nature-themed playgrounds
• Approximately 20 ’ x 36 ’
• Recommended capacity of approximately 48 people
• Pavilion sits on a concrete slab , which is connected to nearby paved parking lot via a concrete sidewalk . Sidewalk and pavilion are ADA-accessible .
• One large ADA-accessible grill . Please ONLY use the mounted grill at the pavilion . No outside grills or fires are allowed anywhere in the park .
